Pastor Sherri has attended Calvary for 11 years. Immediately after she began attending, Pastor Sherri began to volunteer in Children’s Ministry. In 2000, she was hired part-time as Assistant to the Children’s Pastor. She went full-time in 2008. Later that year, after the former Children’s Pastor moved, Pastor Sherri was the natural choice to fill the role. Aside from the usual Children’s Pastor “stuff”, Pastor Sherri has coached and was the State Co-Coordinator for Junior Bible Quiz, she has directed the Children’s Christmas Musicals, plans and coordinates VBS, and is on the North Carolina District Children’s Pastors Board.

Pastor Sherri attended Portland Bible College and received a Certificate in Children’s Ministry from Valley Forge College.

She lives in Jamestown with her husband Steve and their four kids, April, Danielle, James, and Joey. Not only are they her family, they are her partners in ministry. Pastor Sherri loves to spend time with her family whether it be at home or ministering to children and youth around the Triad.
